Job Summary
Leading the strategic execution of roadmap initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage delivery governance, risk management, and performance tracking in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives, managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams
- Facilitate governance sessions and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across product and technology functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, education, or a related field
- 8+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in edtech or publishing
- 6+ years of program/project management experience
- PMP or PgMP certification with expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
