Job Summary
Driving regulatory readiness initiatives, the remote Senior Program Manager - Certification and Compliance Strategy will lead enterprise-wide compliance programs, develop strategies aligned with global cybersecurity requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead certification and compliance programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Develop and maintain compliance strategies aligned with global regulatory requirements, including CRA and FIPS standards
- Coordinate external audits and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Program Management experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong background in compliance and certification initiatives involving CRA, Common Criteria, and FIPS standards
- Experience developing compliance strategies within cybersecurity or technology-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align teams around regulatory objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
