Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support global sales enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will design, lead, and scale enablement programs that enhance capabilities across customer-facing teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of global enablement programs aligned with business priorities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that drive knowledge, skill development, and behavior change
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or program management within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment
- Proven success in leading large-scale, global programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing leadership capability through coaching frameworks and workshops
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; advanced certifications in relevant fields are a plus
