Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the newly formed MarSci System Intelligence Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage operational workflows, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and design AI-driven processes while working remotely for a temporary duration of 10 months.
Key responsibilities
- Stand up and run the Program operating rhythm, including syncs, status tracking, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-pod dependencies, surfacing conflicts and tracking resolutions
- Design and pilot AI/automation-driven coordination workflows and produce a reusable playbook for team adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated ongoing AI skill development, including prompt engineering and automation design
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, specifically within the advertising ecosystem
- Proven track record of defining new functions and operating models in emerging technology domains
- Strong history of building structure and process in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
