Senior Program Manager

Key responsibilities
- Exceed client expectations by building trusting relationships and maintaining situational awareness at the agency level
- Proactively identify and resolve risks in collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders
- Manage contracts and finances within the portfolio, coordinating necessary modifications with the finance team
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale custom software or cloud infrastructure projects
- Experience working with state government agencies and understanding government contracting and compliance
- Proven ability to lead and grow agile development teams
- Experience with agile frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or SAFe
- Strong organizational skills and a strategic approach to delivery planning and contract management
