Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, run quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing while ensuring transparency and accountability across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress, ensuring handoffs are owned and unresolved blockers are surfaced early
• Gather functional inputs for quarterly planning, facilitate commitment-setting, and translate commitments into trackable milestones
• Maintain visibility into program resourcing and capacity, proactively addressing challenges and overseeing the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership within a technology platform or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into trackable commitments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted executive-level reporting
• Comfortable managing budget and resource visibility, with accurate tracking of variances
• Background in professional services, agency, consulting, or a regulated industry preferred (healthcare, life sciences, etc.)
