Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive the operating rhythm of an enterprise AI platform, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, oversee quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing in a high-visibility, cross-functional role.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress against established sequences
• Gather functional inputs for quarterly planning, facilitating commitment-setting and translating outcomes into trackable milestones
• Maintain visibility into program resourcing and manage the program's calendar to address capacity challenges proactively

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership within a technology or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into trackable commitments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted executive-level reporting
• Background in professional services, agency, consulting, or regulated industries preferred
• Strong program and project management fundamentals, including dependency mapping and risk management
