Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex IT information systems engineering and systems integration projects, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between government leadership and contractor teams while guiding technical direction across all phases of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC).

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and assign responsibilities to subordinate staff while overseeing day-to-day operations of IT project tasks
• Act as the primary interface between Government management and contractor leadership, providing clear status reports
• Provide technical direction for system development and integration initiatives, serving as a subject matter authority for technical design and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical direction and project management
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and process improvements, with hands-on experience in cloud management
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• US citizen with Public Trust clearance
