Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To lead and scale the Global Professional Services Channel Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will design, deploy, and govern expert advantage professional services programs for channel partners, focusing on multi-cloud infrastructure and the VMware Cloud Foundation platform while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Expert Advantage Program to empower and accelerate the growth of specialized consulting services partners globally
- Act as the programmatic champion for VMware solutions delivery, driving partner adoption and readiness across critical technology pillars
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate program health and partner performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or relevant discipline) preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or technology sector with a focus on Channel Program Management
- Advanced data literacy and proficiency in extracting metrics to drive strategic program execution
- Strong working knowledge of VMware technologies, specifically the VMware Cloud Foundation platform architecture
- Proven track record of managing programs across multiple geographies while accounting for regional market nuances
