Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated project/program manager for the Pipeline Health & Growth Committee, overseeing agendas and action-item tracking
- Drive accountability among cross-functional teams and report on program health to marketing and GTM leadership
- Help administer tools like Asana and Confluence to enhance Marketing's operating framework and introduce agile practices
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of project or program management experience in B2B SaaS marketing or revenue operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of GTM funnel mechanics, including lead scoring and pipeline definitions
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
- Experience supporting leadership-level cross-functional committees or councils
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and establishing processes from scratch
