Senior Program Manager, AI

Job Summary

Driving the execution of critical AI initiatives, the remote Senior Program Manager, AI will manage programs across internal and customer-facing domains, partner with cross-functional teams, and define project plans while ensuring alignment and tracking KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of AI programs, including LLM copilots and AI knowledge assistants
• Partner with the AI Engineering team to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs
• Define program charters, project plans, and facilitate alignment across various teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• 6-8 years of program management or business operations experience in a SaaS or data-driven tech company
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and business teams
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies and basic exposure to Python or ML models
• Comfort working in remote and distributed team environments
