Job Summary

Leading complex AI and data programs, the remote Senior Program Manager, AI & Data will manage client relationships, drive execution success, and translate client strategies into actionable plans while ensuring measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and ensure the success of AI and data programs, acting as the primary contact for clients and partners
• Collaborate with technical leads to drive measurable client outcomes and manage engagement financials
• Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex project dynamics effectively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in executive-facing client leadership and communication
• Significant consulting experience with a focus on complex technology program delivery
• Deep expertise in program and delivery management, particularly with multi-workstream initiatives
• Experience managing budgets and commercial risks in service engagements
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and prior experience leading remote, multi-geo teams
