Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement

Job Summary

Leading high-impact technology and AI initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement will manage the planning, execution, and adoption of enterprise AI tools while collaborating with various departments to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI enablement roadmap, ensuring effective deployment and adoption of AI tools across the organization
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of multiple complex strategic initiatives, resolving conflicts and aligning programs with business priorities
• Design and execute AI adoption strategies, developing training and resources to support team members in using AI tools effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, or business transformation
• Proven experience leading large enterprise initiatives with cross-functional teams and measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies preferred
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including risk management and change management practices
