Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap and success metrics aligned with enterprise AI goals
• Design and deliver multi-modal learning experiences that incorporate Responsible AI principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize Responsible AI standards and ensure alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide learning or enablement programs, preferably in AI or technology
• Deep understanding of responsible AI principles and governance frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience in designing scalable learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies
• Exceptional executive presence and comfort in presenting to senior leadership
