Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy

Job Summary

Driving the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide AI Literacy program, the full-time Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy will manage the development of proficiency frameworks, engagement initiatives, and multi-modal learning experiences, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap and success metrics aligned with enterprise AI goals
• Build and scale engagement initiatives, including internal communications and adoption campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize Responsible AI standards and ensure training materials reflect current governance policies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of proven learning and development experience leading enterprise-wide programs, ideally in AI or technology domains
• Deep understanding of responsible AI principles and governance frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for presenting to senior leadership
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Compliance
• Experience in designing and delivering scalable learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies
