Senior Program Manager, AI Strategy

Job Summary

To drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization, the remote Senior Program Manager, AI Strategy will manage a multi-faceted program, deliver upskilling initiatives, and build community networks to foster a culture of AI-first practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run programs to fulfill corporate AI adoption objectives
• Deliver training and workshops to accelerate AI transformation within business functions
• Build and sustain networks that promote grassroots adoption of AI tools and foster a culture of curiosity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in change or program management within a large organization
• Proven track record of executing large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Experience in driving the adoption of transformative technology, preferably AI
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders through influence
