• Lead AI-focused transformation initiatives within the learning ecosystem
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee staff augmentation contractors

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology, learning, or operations environment
• Hands-on experience with AI, ML, or automation initiatives
• Proven track record managing vendors and staff augmentation partners
• PMI or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Experience in learning, enablement, or education technology is a plus
