Senior Program Manager - AI Transformation

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional collaboration, the remote full-time Senior Program Manager - AI Transformation will manage a multi-year roadmap integrating corporate initiatives with Finance, HRIS, and Legal transformations while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate ROI targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration between business areas and enterprise tech teams to align workflows with AI-enabled solutions
• Oversee the programmatic rollout of AI-forward capabilities and manage the pilot-to-production lifecycle
• Chair high-level steering committees to provide insights into portfolio health and risk-adjusted delivery timelines

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years in Program Management with a proven track record of managing $20M+ portfolios in a global enterprise SaaS environment
• Expert experience in matrixed leadership across Enterprise Application Engineering and Finance/Legal teams
• Advanced proficiency in PMP/PgMP frameworks, focusing on Risk Management and Value Realization
• Must have experience within HRIS and Legal environments
• Candidates must be located in the US or Latin America
