Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customers', operators', and partners' needs into testable hypotheses
• Implement rapid test-and-learn pilots for new strategies
• Develop and lead a robust program roadmap across multiple initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management or business operations
• Strong program/project management skills
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant project management certification is desirable
