Senior Program Manager, Catalysis

Job Summary

Leading the execution of catalysis validation programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Catalysis will manage experimental campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop processes to ensure successful industrial outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end catalysis validation program plan, including campaign sequencing and milestone tracking
• Manage external validation partners and oversee contracting, deliverable acceptance, and recommendations for partnerships
• Coordinate internal hand-offs across various scientific teams to ensure validation results are effectively captured and utilized

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing applied R&D or scientific validation programs, particularly in computational and experimental workflows
• Hands-on experience with multi-party experimental validation campaigns, including SOW negotiation and logistics
• Technical fluency in catalysis, materials science, or chemical engineering
• Proven track record of compliance-grade reporting and translating technical results into narratives for executives
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
