Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Clinical Performance and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives, including process improvement and new service design
• Support program management of product development in partnership with senior leadership
• Drive improvements in clinical and operational workflows and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in virtual care or telehealth delivery
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, strategic operations, or service design within healthcare
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects and initiatives
• Understanding of the product development process and clinical vocabulary
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications
