Senior Program Manager, Colorado

Job Summary

Leading the administration of the Grid Resilience Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Colorado will oversee project management, compliance, and interagency collaboration while supporting federal funding initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing projects related to grid hardening and advanced grid monitoring, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
• Manage subrecipient relationships and coordinate documentation, communications, and financial reviews to support program objectives
• Lead the application process for future funding rounds and collaborate with the U.S. Department of Energy on program initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in management
• Experience with federal or state grants and managing vendors or grantees
• Proven ability to work with state agencies, local governments, and electric utilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the energy sector and with stakeholder engagement
