Job Summary
Leading the administration of the Grid Resilience Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Colorado will oversee project management, compliance, and interagency collaboration while supporting federal funding initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee ongoing projects related to grid hardening and advanced grid monitoring, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
- Manage subrecipient relationships and coordinate documentation, communications, and financial reviews to support program objectives
- Lead the application process for future funding rounds and collaborate with the U.S. Department of Energy on program initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in management
- Experience with federal or state grants and managing vendors or grantees
- Proven ability to work with state agencies, local governments, and electric utilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the energy sector and with stakeholder engagement
