Senior Program Manager, Contracts

Job Summary

Owning the strategic direction and technology roadmap, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Contracts will manage the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem, lead in-house builds, and drive AI enablement for the Legal Operations team in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, prioritizing build, integration, and optimization efforts
• Lead the development of scalable, integrated contracting solutions in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering
• Drive AI enablement by identifying automation opportunities and facilitating training programs for the Legal Operations team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in Legal Operations or contract management
• Expert-level experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, particularly Ironclad
• Proven ability to drive AI and automation adoption within a team
• Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools
• Experience in developing reporting frameworks and managing data integrity for agreements
