Senior Program Manager, Contracts

Job Summary

Owning the strategic direction and optimization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Contracts will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contracting workflows and drive AI enablement, all while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, prioritizing build and integration efforts across various tools
• Lead in-house builds and workflow development, partnering with engineering and architecture teams for scalable solutions
• Drive AI enablement by identifying automation opportunities and facilitating training programs for the Legal Operations team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in Legal Operations or contract management
• Expert-level experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, particularly Ironclad
• Demonstrated ability to manage a technology roadmap, including build-vs-buy decisions and in-house development
• Proven track record in driving AI and automation adoption within teams
• Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools, with experience in data management and reporting frameworks
