Senior Program Manager, Data & AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into structured, executable program plans that deliver measurable value and drive business transformation
• Guide and support multi-disciplinary teams through the entire program lifecycle, ensuring delivery of initiatives, epics, and projects within scope and timelines
• Partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to align goals, foster shared accountability, and drive engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred)
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
• 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years in senior roles leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong command of hybrid program delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience integrating automation, AI, and systems thinking into program frameworks
