Senior Program Manager - Data Analytics

Job Summary

To deliver critical business-impacting programs, the remote contract Senior Program Manager - Data Analytics will lead key initiatives focused on Identity within the Data and Analytics team, ensuring comprehensive project planning and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define success criteria and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights
• Ensure detailed project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, while adapting to evolving business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges, fostering clear communication and collaborative problem-solving

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience, preferably in the Data and Analytics space
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks like SAFe
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing diverse audiences
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully influence without authority
