Senior Program Manager - Data Analytics

Job Summary

To deliver critical business-impacting programs, a remote contractor for the Senior Program Manager - Data Analytics position will manage project planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decision-making within the Data and Analytics team.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define success criteria and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights
• Ensure comprehensive project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk management strategies, while adapting to evolving business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges, fostering clear communication and collaborative problem-solving

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience in the Data and Analytics space, with proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing diverse audiences using data-driven storytelling
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence without authority and engage with external customers and partners
• Experience with tools like Jira and Aha!, and familiarity with data privacy considerations related to PII data
