Senior Program Manager Data Governance

Job Summary

Owning the People Data Access & Governance program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will design frameworks for data access, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and govern people data usage in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement policies and frameworks governing access to people data across various interfaces
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and Tech leaders to ensure responsible data usage while minimizing friction
• Lead cross-functional working groups to establish data access standards and operational infrastructure for governance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, HR technology, or technical program management with demonstrated program ownership
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud-based analytical environments, specifically Databricks
• Experience governing sensitive data throughout its lifecycle, particularly in HR contexts
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills to align diverse stakeholders around governance issues
• Principled perspective on the ethical implications of people data governance
