Senior Program Manager, Data Operations

Job Summary

Hands-on and systems-minded, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Data Operations will lead the design and execution of voice data programs, managing end-to-end data workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and own end-to-end data workflows from raw audio ingestion to production-ready datasets
• Translate product goals into data creation strategies, ensuring alignment with model training architecture and product impact
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and implement better tooling and automation

Required qualifications

• Experience owning data, ML, or operations programs end-to-end in program/project or product management
• Fluency in working with technical teams regarding data quality and model impact
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable processes
• Demonstrated track record of prioritization and decision-making under constraints
• Strong operating instincts with a proactive approach to project management
