Senior Program Manager - Defense Acquisition

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), the full-time Senior Program Manager - Defense Acquisition will manage complex Department of Defense acquisition, logistics, and sustainment programs while ensuring compliance with DoD regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to support acquisition, logistics, and sustainment programs
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs and projects
• Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance fleet and operational readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• 10+ years of experience in DoD acquisition, logistics, program management, or sustainment programs
• Demonstrated experience with Navy, USSOCOM, NAVAIR, or related defense organizations
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and program management methodologies
