Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Advanced Product Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ideation and advanced technology activities, collaborating with Product Management throughout the development lifecycle
• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams
• Own the hand-off from upstream to downstream, presenting validated product concepts for lifecycle planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in program management or product development within the medical device or healthcare technology industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of the medical device product development lifecycle, including regulatory pathways
• Financial acumen to assess project risks and ensure strategic and economic value
