Senior Program Manager, DTP

Job Summary

Driving the execution and launch readiness of the Direct-to-Patient (DTP) channel for MariTide, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams and oversee the integrated launch plan in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the integrated DTP launch plan, managing timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness processes
• Coordinate execution across various departments, ensuring effective communication and tracking of decisions and actions
• Oversee onboarding and integration of partners and vendors, while monitoring readiness and performance metrics ahead of launch

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, Master's degree and 4 years, Bachelor's degree and 6 years, Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in program or project management within digital health, pharma/biotech commercialization, or telehealth
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder launches under tight timelines
• Experience coordinating with internal and external partners, including integration testing and SLA tracking
• Technical fluency to collaborate on system integrations and performance dashboards
