Senior Program Manager, Finance Transformation

Job Summary

To support a corporate development and finance transformation initiative, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Finance Transformation will manage complex programs, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing risks
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, and project status reporting
• Coordinate with executive management and stakeholders to resolve complex issues and facilitate team collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, corporate development, or a technical field
• 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting focused on analysis and decision support
• Strong project/program management experience with M&A exposure
• Proficiency with G Suite and virtual data rooms
• Experience in managing projects with fluid timelines and competing priorities
