Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a delivery team of 10+ members, ensuring alignment with the client's program plan
• Track program progress, dependencies, and risks while providing regular updates to internal leadership and the client
• Operate within regulated healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with data privacy and healthcare governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 17-19 years of overall experience, with extensive experience in program management
• Mandatory experience in leading enterprise-level cloud migration programs
• Strong healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, or healthcare analytics)
• Proven experience coordinating delivery across distributed and offshore teams
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
