Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, HLEX Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Managers to partner with healthcare organizations for operational improvement
• Implement continuous improvement principles and develop scalable frameworks and tools
• Guide the delivery of value-based solutions through data-informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in laboratory operations, analytics, or improvement
• Experience in consultative roles with executive-level clients
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
