Senior Program Manager, HR Transformation

Job Summary

To enhance HR effectiveness and innovation, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager, People Programs & AI will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, drive AI and automation adoption in HR processes, and manage stakeholder collaboration across various HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional HR initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Assess HR workflows to identify opportunities for AI adoption and operational improvements, and support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions
• Build strong partnerships across HR functions and influence stakeholders to drive progress on shared goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related people-focused functions
• 6-10+ years of experience in program management, HR transformation, or business operations
• Strong understanding of generative AI and emerging technologies in HR contexts
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
