Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager II - Fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy to tackle fraud and enhance the company's reputation in fraud prevention
• Utilize data to prioritize and implement a cohesive fraud program roadmap in collaboration with various teams
• Develop and implement internal fraud risk management controls and refine due diligence processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program development, implementation, and management experience, preferably in a startup or fintech environment
• Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industries
• Proven ability to operate independently in high ambiguity and manage a program roadmap
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools for data insights and risk pattern identification
• Advanced financial industry certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CFE) are a plus
