Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Program Manager, BT Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Global People Business Partners and BT Senior Leadership to design and implement standardized team structures
• Drive comprehensive role assessments and develop detailed implementation plans for organizational change
• Collaborate on career frameworks and evaluate opportunities for skill development, focusing on AI upskilling

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments
• 12+ years of experience with IT workforce planning principles and best practices
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational design and functional change management in IT
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to effectively partner with executive IT leadership and influence using data-driven insights
