Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and scaling learning programs based on adult learning principles
• Proficiency in AI applications relevant to learning and development
• Experience in leading multi-phase L&D programs and managing cross-functional partnerships
• Strong operational skills with a proactive approach to project management
• Ability to facilitate engaging learning sessions and communicate effectively
