Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Support Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global learning and enablement strategy for technical and operational skill development
• Develop and deliver ongoing enablement programs for AI-infused support workflows and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a scalable onboarding program and knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in learning program management, training facilitation, or instructional design, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience developing and measuring learning initiatives for technical support organizations
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning modalities
• Experience delivering onboarding and technical upskilling programs in large-scale environments
• Experience working with technical troubleshooting workflows
