Senior Program Manager, Localization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Localization to support its global expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the end-to-end localization strategy, managing project planning cycles and workflows
• Ensure high-quality localization standards and advocate for global user perspectives
• Collaborate across teams to optimize processes and facilitate data-driven change management

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically in localization
• Proven ability to craft localization strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools
• Strong operational and project management skills, with experience in agile environments
• Master's degree in Localization, Linguistics, International Studies, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
