Senior Program Manager, Localization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Localization (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the end-to-end localization strategy, manage project planning cycles, and oversee localization workflows
• Ensure high-quality localization standards and advocate for global user perspectives in program outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to facilitate data-driven change management and optimize workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program, project management, and/or localization
• Proven experience in crafting localization strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing localization and linguistics vendors
• Mastery of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools
• Strong operational and project management abilities with experience in an agile environment
