Senior Program Manager, M&A

Job Summary

To support the Emerging Business Operations team, the full-time Senior Program Manager, M&A will manage cross-functional programs for newly acquired businesses, focusing on Go-To-Market integration and operational readiness in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage comprehensive integration programs, defining scope and communication methodologies for new acquisitions
• Coordinate interdependent projects to achieve combined Go-To-Market and operational outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Track and communicate program progress to stakeholders, navigating challenges and ensuring alignment across multiple initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, GTM operations, or M&A integration in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven ability to build and manage programs from scratch, including defining scope and driving end-to-end delivery
• Strong understanding of Sales or Revenue Operations in a SaaS-based company
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across various audiences
• Experience using data to evaluate program performance and support decision-making
