Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic and operational aspects of maternal health initiatives
• Develop business cases and project plans, ensuring compliance and tracking project status
• Identify and analyze target audiences to enhance member engagement in maternal health programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and program management
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant experience
• Clinical experience in maternal health is a bonus
• Health plan experience is preferred
