Senior Program Manager, Medical Affairs

Job Summary

To support the development and execution of Medical Strategy for Global Rare Disease and General Medicine Medical Affairs teams, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Medical Affairs will drive project coordination, manage risks, and ensure alignment across global, regional, and local teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the coordination and integration of insights with Medical Affairs Leads to inform product strategy
• Manage the execution of the Medical Plan, including goal development and progress tracking
• Identify project risks and resource gaps while facilitating resolution and contingency planning

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience, or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of project or program-management experience in a regulated environment
• Experience supporting Global Medical Affairs or cross-functional product teams
• Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Technical fluency with project-management tools and emerging technologies
