Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-departmental transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and operational initiatives
• Oversee project managers and teams, managing program performance, budget, and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience, including 3+ years managing complex cross-departmental programs
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic and transformation programs
• Proven ability to manage program budgets exceeding $1M
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing teams of project managers
• Healthcare experience, particularly in a payer environment, is preferred
