Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations-heavy environments leading analytical projects
• Deeply quantitative and systems-oriented with strong operational curiosity
• Fluency in SQL and ability to analyze large operational datasets independently
• Experience in structured experimentation and data-informed iteration to improve processes
