Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Partner Services Success Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of partner-led services motions and ensure clear ownership and follow-through on opportunities
• Establish regional inspection cadences and opportunity review rhythms to enhance visibility and accountability
• Support partners in maturing their services motions and develop playbooks for scalable execution

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, or related fields
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience across Sales, Channel, and Partner organizations
• Strong operational discipline with a focus on opportunity inspection and cadence management
• Experience in creating practical field-facing playbooks and operating models
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders
