A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Population Health Strategy and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the design and implementation of population health strategy initiatives to improve care coordination and health outcomes
• Develops business cases and project plans, tracks project status, and assesses risks while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Establishes performance metrics and monitors program outcomes, making decisions to resolve issues and achieve deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and program management for health plans
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Clinical background preferred
