Senior Program Manager, Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, PMO & Procurement Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized PMO structure tailored to the Procurement organization's global operating model
• Lead execution of high-impact procurement programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business unit needs
• Champion change management strategies to drive PMO adoption across global procurement teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program management, procurement transformation, or operations governance
• Proven success in building and operating PMOs or similar governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle and sourcing best practices
• Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet and Power BI
